A listed Indian manufacturing company is strengthening its board and seeks an independent director with deep finance or corporate-governance expertise.

You would join the audit and risk committees, bring an outside-in perspective to strategy, and help uphold the highest standards of governance and disclosure — roughly six to eight board meetings a year, in Mumbai.
