A full house joined us in Gurugram for a wide-ranging conversation on how AI is remaking education — and the skills that will matter most over the next decade.
Raghav leads Education for India & Asia-Pacific at OpenAI. In a career spanning more than 25 years, he has built high-growth technology businesses across education, travel and food — most recently scaling Coursera’s Asia-Pacific business over eight years from two million learners to more than 55 million, and from ten enterprise customers to over a thousand, at a revenue CAGR above 60%. Earlier he launched BlaBlaCar in India from the ground up, after fourteen years in management consulting at Booz & Company and Technopak. An INSEAD MBA, he serves on the FICCI and CII national higher-education committees and on NITI Aayog’s samShiksha.
Drawing on that experience, Raghav fielded sharp questions from alumni founders and operators — on building AI-native learning products, going to market in India, the future of credentials and teaching, and leading teams through fast technology shifts.
The evening carried on well past its formal close, over coffee and conversation.
